The Root Cause of Acne Vulgaris Can be Treated with Natural Acne Remedies

by Clarita Milles

Can you really cure acne? This is a question that many want to find out about, however, not even scientists know how to cure acne. Find out what triggers acne and how you can keep acne at bay with home remedies.

The first thing our skin goes through is that the sebaceous glands start secreting excess sebum (natural skin oil) Hormonal changes and stress are the most frequent triggers of excess sebum. Acne usually appear on the forehead, chin, nose and mid back. This is due to the fact that sebaceous glands are found in greater numbers in these areas.

Hormones (specifically androgen hormones) stimulate the sebaceous gland to produce sebum. Androgens are also produced by adrenal glands. During puberty and stressful situations, the adrenal glands release an surplus of hormones causing an enlargement of the oil glands.

A blockage of the follicle can occur due to the accumulation of sebum and dead skin cells. The blockage forms blemishes such as whiteheads and blackheads which are the two most frequent comedones.

Propionibacterium acnes are microbes which are a part of the dermis' natural defense mechanism. The purpose is to keep other harmful bacteria away. P. Acnes become trapped within the follicle or pore if these are clogged. The skin can become inflamed and irritated because P. acnes change their chemical structure within a blocked follicle.

Natural Pimple Therapies

There are a number of home remedies that work and it is a great way to keep away from unnatural products. Here are some things you can try.

*Apply crucial oils at night such as Tea Tree Oil, Bergamot Oil, Clove Oil, Lavender Oil, and Rosewood Oil. Rinse your face clean in the morning with 100 % pure soap and water.

*Acne starts within your body, not simply at the surface of your skin. Therefore, it is important to sip plenty of drinking water to help detoxify your body and help clear acne.

*You can exfoliate and clear pores with an oatmeal mask once or twice a week. Cook oatmeal and when it is still warm, apply to your face, allow oatmeal to dry and then wash away.

There are many varieties of at home solutions, some of which are effective, and some not. Those with more serious cases of acne however, such as cystic acne, usually consider stronger otc acne treatments.

Even though you can't use any OTC acne products to cure acne, you do have different at home acne treatments that can help you clear acne. If you need something else, try natural skincare products like BIOSKINFORTE that will help you deal with the toughest types of acne.
